Triangle handmade folding case

Customer wants a customized box for his playmat products with big size but small quantity.

At the very beginning, he wants to use hard ABS case with 2 sets of metal button.

Considering the high molding cost, we suggest to change the design to save the cost. Therefore, we finally proceed with foldable triangle box with PU leather outside. Customer provides the inside products so that we could fix the accurate size which could fit the product well. As all the materials could be customized, considering the small quantity, we suggest to proceed with common used leather patterns and provide options (with available leather patterns and inside velvet lining in different colors) for them to choose. After we fix everything, we make samples for final approval.

Upon receiving the actual samples, customer wants to add embossed logo outside and silver stamping logo inside, which is also available for us. Final version for the case is like this: 

Customer is satisfied with the quatity and place repeat orders since then.
