Double layer plastic injection case

Customer wants the double layer box, but with different bottom design. He provides rough drawing for the bottom, we helped to work out the final design in STP and sent it to customer for approval.

After design confirmation, we proceed with the new molding, which takes 35 days.

Then test new mold for around 5 days with slight modifications.

The customer chose to make the whole case in yellow with clear top. 

Custom logo printing: 1 big 2-C printing logo on middle top, 2 small 1-C printing logo (red) on short side top, 2 small 1-C printing logo (red) on long side bottom.

The whole case is tailor-made as per the customer's requirements.
